While gyms/fitness centers are closed for indoor training we are OPEN for outdoor training. We are fortunate that we have a great outdoor space where we can still conduct our CrossFit classes in groups of 10 with plenty of space for personal distancing. Classes are 45 minutes in length to allow us proper time between classes to clean/sanitize. We still utilize dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells in all of our sessions, so not much has changed.
We are welcoming new members into classes. Those new members will train within our Level 1 program which is geared for beginners. You will still get in a great workout but with lower technical movements and lower intensity. If you have a background in weight training/CrossFit you will move into Level 2 at a faster pace.
Class times are
6am, 4:30pm and 6pm Monday through Friday
9 and 10am on Saturdays
